Amelia is known at her school as "the bug catcher". She plays this game, bug catcher, everyday with her friend Scott, or as Amelia would say, "Soddy". She has quite the knack for catching frogs, lizards, and other insects. As long as she has no objection to putting on a dress and a bow, I have no problem with this! Actually, I am very proud of her and her unique interests that she sticks to despite the unpopularity of this game with the other girls at school. When she says the other girls don't want to play that game with her, I ask what they play on the playground. She says, "Mom and kid and I don't want to play that. I want to play bug catcher." What can I say, a girl who knows what she likes!

Too funny. Lily is not really a nature girl, but her buddy Lorelai is. The other day they came up to me on the playground with a lizard. Lorelai was squeezing it so hard the poor thing's throat was popping in and out.
Love it! I am sure Zach will have Ella doing all kinds of nature related things too! :)
