Amelia got a stinkin' cute haircut today.
It was the first one that was more than just a trim. I wasn't trying to make her look like a mini-me, which I've already heard this comment more than once, but I was trying to find a solution to the straggly hair. I mean, moments after it was brushed it looked like it needed to be brushed again. There was no way she could have ever worn her hair down because it just fell in her face.
I am hoping we have found the solution. It certainly is precious today. That could be because hair always looks good the day MacKenzie, our hair dresser, does it. We'll see how it fares after a sweaty day at school tomorrow!

So cute! Lily is rockin' a similar do' because she hacked off about 6 inches with safety scissors while I was taping names in the cubbies in my classroom. It looks so much better but she hates it. She wants to have hair down to her butt like a kid living on a polygamist compund out in Utah. She would totally hate those dresses and the lack of air conditioning...
I don't think you'll ever be able to keep from having a mini-you, so she may as well have the great hair, too.
Sher is the cutest thing I have ever seen!!! Such a beautiful girl. :)
